Mount St. Helen's

Ugh - it has taken me too long to get the rest of our trip on here! So, here goes a quick cliff note version. Will let the pictures speak for theirself.

Our fourth day we drove down to Portland, Oregon. On the way we went to Mt. St. Helen's. It is beautiful there! Although, after reading some of the stories, I definitely want to make sure that I am no where near there when she blows again. These are taken from the closest point, Johnston's Ridge Observatory.

Some of the first pictures are Chris'. You can see puffs of smoke coming from the top. The ones below - we are in disagreement who took what...pretty much that way for the rest of the trip unless I randomly took a picture of my hand, the road or anything else. We basically fought over the camera this day and on our Gorge trip!
